I try and hold consultations during daylight hours but we can work around your schedule. The purpose of the visit is to meet you and your pet(s), review our contract and job sheet, pick up two copies of your key and collect payment. This also allows me time to interact with your pet(s) so that I am totally comfortable caring for them in your absence and to familiarize ourselves with your home and pet routine. Likewise, it gives you time to feel comfortable with me caring for your pets and home.
Once you're on file subsequent bookings are as simple as a phone call to check availability and update any pertinent information.
