1. How do I add or cancel a doggie walk?
Just contact our office by 10AM the day of the walk to cancel or to add a walk call anytime during office hours.
2.  What are your office hours?
Our office hours of M-F 9-5
Our voice mail is always on.  Messages are checked and responded to only during office hours. If you get the voice mail during normal office hours, we are on the line.

Guidelines:
INTRODUCTIONS:
Introductions are important to determine if I am compatible with you and your pets. References are always available.

HOURS:
Appointment hours are flexible. Your pets are important, so when you need me I will be there!

FEES:
Payment in full is due in advance. Any returned checks are subject to an additional $30.00 charge.

CANCELLATIONS:
24 hour notice is asked for all cancellations but no later than 10:00am day of the walk. Failure to do so may result in an additional fee.

HEALTH:
All dogs must be in good health and free from any condition which could jeopardize the health of humans in contact or other dogs. I suggest that all dogs be on some form of flea control. If a dog has been recently sick with contagious illness it is important to notify me, as to avoid spreading infections.

VACCINATIONS:
All vaccinations must be up to date including rabies. Owners are responsible for maintaining vaccinations and providing proof when requested. Happy Walking Dogs does not accept any liability for dogs who do not receive proper veterinary care, or any fees due to lack of proper veterinary care.

SAFETY:
I need to be supplied with current information regarding pet's health and your emergency contact information. All dogs will be on leashes during their walks. Proper leash and collar will be supplied by owner.
